Attorney Profiles

Ms. Peterson's law practice focuses on civil litigation, and she has done work defending individuals and corporations from liability relating to personal injury claims, as well as representing parties in real estate and contract litigation.  She understands the importance of aggressively protecting client interests.  Ms. Peterson believes that such representation requires clear understanding of client goals, thorough research and preparation, and detailed analysis of the opponent's positions.

Ms. Peterson also provides services in domestic issues, including child custody, child support, and dissolution of marriage.  Megan is dedicated to delivering professional legal services involving the sensitive needs of clients in family law cases.  She is committed to assisting clients in their navigation through the court system, and the financial and emotional issues that arise in relation to family law.  

Ms. Peterson is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Colorado.  She is a member of the Colorado, Wisconsin, and Larimer County Bar Associations.  She received her J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.  Megan received her B.A. in Sociology and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she graduated with Distinctive Scholastic Achievement.
